CURRENCY
You may view the prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), United States Dollar (USD), Singaporean Dollar (SGD), Australian Dollar (AUD) and Great British Pounds (GBP). Conversion of prices is based on XE.com. Checkout will occur in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
SHIPPING
During busy sale periods, dispatch times for order may take up to two weeks for local deliveries. We are not able to advise on international shipping, however, you will be given shipping details on your order.
PRICING
All prices are correct at the time of the online publication and prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available elsewhere.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demands may occasionally result in stock being unavailable, however, all items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
Please be aware that sale items are only available during the sale period and are not eligible for returns unless a faulty item is received.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
All sales and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return unless a damaged item was sent.
Normal priced items are not entitled to an exchange. Item has to be returned to us for inspection and a store credit will be issued. You may then purchase the correct item with the store credit.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We suggest that you contact accept returns on parcels where customers do not want to pay customs. Please clarify these charges before placing your order with us.
DISCOUNT CODES
Each discount code is subject to the terms and conditions applied. Each discount code may only be used once per customer unless specified otherwise. We have the right to decline orders if we find that discount codes have been misused.
If your order value is less than the discount voucher used for payment, no residual value will be returned. Discount codes that have expired without usage will not be refunded or extended.
Only one discount code can be used at any one time.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES
Local deliveries are free for orders above RM150. Southeast Asian deliveries are free for orders above RM350 and RM50.00 for orders below RM350.
International deliveries are free for orders above RM500 and RM100.00 for orders below RM500.
