Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our omni-channel approach, driving growth across both online and offline platforms.
  • Oversee and manage all sales operations, ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Work closely with the operations and manufacturing teams to plan stock amounts, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, optimizing revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure we are creating products that align with market demand and customer preferences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing to create innovative sales strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the fashion or retail industry, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in an omni-channel environment.
  • Deep understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and retail operations.
  • Experience in inventory management and working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
