Retail Store Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 2 years retail experience in a leadership capacity.
• Able to work on weekends and PH according to business needs.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent people and communication skills.

Job Description:

Store Operations & Sales

• Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to drive sales, in order to meet or exceed targets (both team personal sales & store).
• Ensure timely execution and tracking of planned sales & marketing strategies. 
• Work closely with HQ to ensure the store team is motivated, adequately guided & trained to meet sales objectives.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service at the store, ensuring optimum customer experience, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Ensure that the store's visual merchandising and operational processes are compliant to guidelines.
• Be the main point of contact to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all operations processes are in accordance and that necessary reportings are performed (Scheduling, Sales Tracking, Inventory Tracking etc)

Sales Planning & Marketing

• Take the lead on sales planning for our physical locations, presenting to management for approvals. Working closely with HQ marketing & operations team to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans and strategies.
• Take the lead on marketing content planning at the store, presenting plans to management for approvals, and working closely with HQ team to roll out & execute marketing initiatives and content strategies.
