Refund Policy

Using the table below, see when you will receive your refund at any occasion of a cancelled order

Please note that we are unable to accommodate any refund reversal request for Store Credit if 30 days have passed from the refund date. Moreover, any refunded Store Credit that is used on a new order, can only be refunded as Store Credit - even if a different refund method is selected.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNED ITEMS TO REACH MAJOR DROP WAREHOUSE

MALAYSIA

Poslaju

After dropping off your return item at any Pos Laju branch, it might take up to 2 - 5 working days for it to arrive at our warehouse, according to Pos Laju. We advise you to track your returns via Pos Laju e-tracker.

After dropping off your return item at any of our outlets, it might take 2-3 days for it to arrive at our warehouse. We will notify you via phone call and email once we receive the item.

OVERSEAS

SF Express

Once your parcel has been collected, it might take 2 - 7 working days for it to arrive at our warehouse, according to Abasjaya (in collaboration with SF Express). We advise to track your returns via SF Express e-tracker.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

It will take 3 - 5 working days for your newly exchanged item(s) to be delivered as previously listed in your order delivery time frame, once we receive your return parcel. We will contact you via phone call and recap via email for each step of the process. Do be on the look out for it!

If there happens to be a mishap on our side which includes wrong items being sent or said item being a defect, we shall bear the return shipping cost, but if the customer would like to make an exchange in size or to another item, they would have to bare the shipping cost.
