Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Finance Manager with financial operations, including collections, release of payments, and other accounting-related tasks. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong attention to detail, who is eager to grow in the accounting field and gain hands-on experience in financial processes.

Base Salary: RM2.8K – RM3.5K (depending on experience)
Probation: 3 months (EPF & SOCSO upon confirmation)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager in generating weekly sales reports

  • Upload daily expenses into the accounting system

  • Help with the collection of outstanding payments from clients

  • Process and release payments to vendors and suppliers

  • Reconcile financial data and assist with bookkeeping tasks

  • Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions related to accounts payable and receivable

Requirements:

    • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance

    • Basic knowledge of accounting systems (training provided)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage sensitive financial information confidentially

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
