Let’s talk first impressions. Looking at this #BdkFlt (Budak Flat) hailing from Dato’ Keramat for the first time, I immediately thought he was for sure cut out to be a rapper. For real, this one hell of a talented rapper exuded confidence and that gangsta, ‘don’t mess’ attitude the second he walked into the room.
Keramat Represent Straight Outta AU3
Even if you don’t know who he is, you’re bound to have heard him in the form of his chill beats and crisp rhymes playing in bars and clubs if you’re into the hip-hop scene in KL. His songs are some of the catchiest I’ve heard in the local Malaysian music market, resonating through my mind for hours after watching his music videos. Needless to say, churning out a slew of words with the utmost cadence is no feat for this GOAT over here.
Though he may be spitting fire wherever he goes and making bank right now, life wasn’t always like this for Aman-Ra. Born and raised in the hood of Kuala Lumpur, he laments about his childhood and the life he’s always known, throwing in some motivational lines about wanting to get out of that cycle and achieving success and fame one day. Sure enough, his background has developed him into the hustler that he is today, and his rags-to-riches story is one for the books. “Hustle demi hasil” being one of his mottos, Aman-Ra is, without a doubt, our newest aesthetic.
Holla at Aman-Ra here.
